I had only written here earlier that I thought a Black Capped Chickadee visited Laurie’s feeder, and he graciously said it might be a Carolina Chickadee. A beautiful day today! Mid 70s, sun shining, and the humidity is low. I sat outside this morning and called my sister to thank her for the beautiful Inner Child Tarot Cards that arrived while we were gone. Thank you, Mary Lou! I thought this was such an interesting picture. We have an old wagon wheel (steel or cast iron) that weighs a ton hanging up in the large scrub oak tree in the back yard. It is beautifully covered with a thick rusty patina. Through the leaves I could see the bright orange flowers of the Royal Poinciana Tree over in the neighbor’s back yard. I ( Read more... )
